Highly-porous uniformly-sized amidoxime-functionalized cellulose beads prepared by microfluidics with N-methylmorpholine N-oxide

چکیده

Uniformly-sized porous cellulose beads functionalized with amidoxime groups were prepared for the first time using a microfluidic method N-methylmorpholine N-oxide (NMMO) monohydrate as solvent. The molten state dope in NMMO (cell/NMMO dope) disperse phase and hot mineral oil continuous used T-junction chip to produce uniformly-sized cell/NMMO droplets. Coagulation of droplet at high temperature functionalization could prepare highly-porous spherical amidoxime-functionalized uniform fibrous open internal structure. showed excellent metal adsorption properties maximum capacity ~ 80 mg g−1 case Cu2+/phthalate ions. newly developed can many new applications other proper reactive hydroxyl cellulose.

Highly porous N-doped activated carbon monoliths (ACMs) are fabricated by carbonization and physical activation of mesoporous polyacrylonitrile (PAN) monoliths in the presence of CO(2).
